About
The Foundation:
For over a decade and a half, my world was defined by structural alignment. As a Chiropractic Physician with post-doctoral studies in neurology, I understood the human frame as a symphony of signals. I didn't write scripts or perform surgeries; I adjusted the structure to allow the life force to flow. I was a man of science and precision, believing that if I fixed the frame, I fixed the person. But life has a way of introducing a "monkey into the wrench" that no clinical adjustment can reach. A pivot in my path led me away from the clinic and into the world of fine art and diverse human experiences. I traded the white coat for a sculptor’s chisel, worked on tugboats, and navigated landscapes from the mountains of Colorado to the shores of Canada. I lived with "sand in my shoes," always searching for the deeper rhythm and purpose. These years weren't a detour; they were a masterclass in resilience and the art of shaping something beautiful out of raw material.

The Rabbit Hole:
In 2004, the music stopped. I lost my wife, Judith, to breast cancer. Despite my degrees and my understanding of the nervous system, I found myself completely ill-equipped for the "emotional subluxations". I jumped with both feet into the "rabbit hole" of isolation and realized that the most profound misalignments aren't found in the spine—they are found in the mind and the narratives we tell ourselves. My traditional upbringing hadn't given me the tools to conduct the heavy movements of a husband's survivor's grief and guilt.
Vision
To place an emotional toolbox in every hand, transforming the quiet friction of trauma and grief into the resonant frequency of purpose. I envision a world where every individual has the tenacity to move beyond limiting beliefs and the presence to live as the conductor of their heart-centered life.

The Emotional Architect:
Healing didn’t arrive in a grand revelation; it happened through a Millimeter Shift. I spent years researching the power of biological frequency, the impact of precise vocabulary on our biochemistry, and the architecture of emotional recovery. I realized that to find our "Original heart-centered self" again, we have to clear the interference of limiting beliefs and trauma. I authored A Promise Made, A Promise Kept to document my journey through journaling, and TO BE...TO BE WITH... to share the tools of emotional prosperity.
